Sunday teachings with Geshe-la at the Buddhist Centre
Each Sunday our resident spiritual teacher Ven. Geshe Sangey Thinley – fondly known as ‘Geshe-la’ gives a teaching and spiritual advice based on a life time of training and knowledge.
All Welcome
These teachings are open to anyone who wishes to attend. You do not have to be Buddhist.
Classes are translated through Skype by Anton Weiersmuller.
If you are a student of Geshe-las, or known by him, teachings can also be attended through Skype for those wishing to attend from a distance.

After the teachings there is time for questions and a cup of tea.
On the first Sunday of each month (roughly) we have a shared lunch after teachings. Please bring a vegetarian dish to share.
