This October it will be 1 year since the passing away of Geshe Sonam Rinchen.
Geshe Sonam Rinchen first visited Jam Tse Dhargyey Ling at the millennium for a large teaching and sand mandala. Since then he visited for teachings every 2nd year, until he became to unwell to travel. He has a very close connection with Geshe SangeyThinley. It was Geshe Sonam Rinchen who suggested that we invite Geshe-la to be our resident teacher.
