Calm, clarity and compassion

Meditation

Learn practical meditation methods in a supportive setting, whether or not you identify as Buddhist.

Guided Meditation

Meditation offers a practical way to cultivate a calmer mind, clearer attention and greater care for oneself and others. Classes are open to Buddhist and non-Buddhist participants alike.

Beginner sessions use short guided meditations followed by time for questions and discussion with an experienced practitioner. Chairs and floor cushions are available at the centre.
